CIA Tortured Two Detainees 266 Times

More appalling news from the torture front. The CIA waterboarded two detainees almost 300 times over a one month period. One detainee was tortured 83 times in August 2002. And Khalid Sheikh Mohamed was tortured 183 times in March 2003. These details come out of the Bush Administration torture memos recently released by the Obama Administration, and they give lie to the claims that waterboarding was used sparingly and in accordance with official guidelines.
